Freight - we offer free deliveries & free returns within EU.
For the time being, we do not deliver to countries outside of the EU except Norway and Switzerland. 
We promise that you will never have to pay more than what we have agreed. Should there ever be any extra charges for your purchase, such will be clearly indicated before you complete your order. Normally, your order will be delivered within 6-8 workdays but occasionally it may take longer. Unfortunately, we cannot warrant that your order will be delivered within a certain time even though it will normally not take more than a few days.

You will be notified about the delivery by SMS, email. Should your delivery not be possible to complete for any reason that we are not in control of (e.g. if our suppliers do not perform their obligations toward us) we must reserve the right to cancel your order and fully refund what you may already have paid.

UPS will deliver your package at your home, they will try 3 times. It’s important that you can make sure that UPS can deliver.
To cover our expenses related to non-collected deliveries, we will charge you a fee of EUR 20 for EU countries.

In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer you the following payment options. Payment is to be made to Klarna:
Get first. Pay later (14 days): The payment period is 14 days from shipment of the goods or tickets/ availability date of the service. The complete terms and conditions you can find here.
Slice it: With the financing service from Klarna, you can pay your purchase in flexible monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (at least 6.95 €) or else according to the conditions stated in the checkout. The installment payment is due at the end of each month after the submission of a separate monthly invoice by Klarna. Pay now (Sofort direct banking): Your account will be debited directly after the placement of your order.
Credit Card (Visa/ Mastercard)
Direct Debit: Your account will be debited after shipment of the goods. You will be notified about the date by email.
The payment methods invoice, part payment, and direct debit are only available in case of a positive credit assessment. For this purpose, during the order process and handling of your purchase, we forward your data for an address and credit check to Klarna.
